Refund policy:

Customers are eligible for a refund when the work was not completed within the designated timeframe or, if there is no timeframe that was agreed upon, within a timely manner. Additional conditions for a refund would be if the job is cancelled within 24 hours of request, if the work was done incorrectly or if the work does not meet the customer’s qualifications (this is also subject to us confirming if what was agreed upon was not delivered).

Shipping or delivery policy:

Shipping is available to all 50 states within the United States. The cost varies based on the customer’s specific location and is calculated per order during checkout. Please note that the company is not liable for any issues related to the shipping provider, including delays, cancellations, or damages that may occur during shipment.

Return policy and process:

Axel Print does not accept returns. Please see cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy:

Customers can request to cancel an order that was placed at any point, however they are only eligible for a refund within 24 hours. To process a cancellation, they would need to email us at sales@axelprint.com so that we have a refund request in writing. While the cancellation request is valid when it’s submitted, the request itself is not completed until we confirm.
